We know the transition to College life can be a difficult one and we would like to make the transition easier by being your “church home away from home”!  We take the time to get to know our college students and make them a part of our Risen Savior family while they are in Wichita attending school!

Whether you’re attending WSU, Friends University, Butler, Kansas Newman or any of the local colleges/universities – all college and college aged students are invited to join us for worship on Sunday morning at 8:00 or 10:30 and then participate in a Sunday morning Bible Class specifically for you in Room 105 from 9:15-10:15!  Stop and pick up a snack & coffee first!
COLLEGE STUDENT SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE CLASS – Every Sunday we have a Bible Class for college aged adults based on student chosen topics.  They meet at 9:15 a.m. in Room 105 on Sunday mornings.

There is a Bible study for all college age and young adults on Tuesday evenings at the Fairmount Coffee Co. (3815 E. 17th Street N) at 6:30.

This Young Women’s Gathering, will meet at Fairmount Coffee Company (3815 E. 17th St. N.) at 9am on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month for coffee, coloring, and Christ conversations!

College-aged students (graduate and undergraduate), Come join the Fairmount Coffee Company monthly discussion group, Theology on Tap!   Every month they meet at a different microbrewery or pub and will be joined by a guest facilitator to lead us in discussion on different topics such as Spirituality, Worship, End Times, Faith and Money, and more!

The Fairmount Ministries is for college aged young adults from all schools, undergraduate and graduate aged, and is located at 3815 E. 17th St., directly across from Wichita State University.
The mission of Fairmount Ministries is “sharing the love of Jesus through outreach, education, and leadership development.”  Fairmount Ministries is supported by the local Lutheran Congregations in the Wichita area, generous granting organizations, and individual donations. There are many opportunities to meet other Christian young adults, to grow in faith through Bible Study, and service opportunities you can participate in both near and far.
Some of our recent activities include: Women’s Bible Study, Game Nights, BBQ and Volleyball Nights, Movie Nights, Spring Break Mission Trip to Mexico, Theology on Tap—a discussion group that meets monthly at Local Pubs, a Food Drive for Grace Lutheran Food Pantry, Packing Operation Christmas Child Boxes, and more!
